During a Scratch Event, we invite you to imagine, create, and share along with us in the Scratch online community by participating in our featured studio. In this guide, we are going to share: how you can participate in a Scratch Event, how to get started on a project, how to add your project to a Scratch Event studio, information about curating, and special information for educators.
A studio is a space on Scratch where users can come together to make, share, and collect projects related to a particular theme, idea, or prompt. Studios are used for a wide variety of reasons, including opportunities for collaboration, collections of projects about a specific theme, show-and-tell, or places to find inspiration. See our guide to learn more.
Scratch Events are held throughout the year. During those events, we invite you to imagine, create, and share along with us in the Scratch online community by participating in our featured studio. However, if you have limited/no internet and/or are interested in creating your own event within your classroom/after school group/club group any time of the year in the offline Scratch environment, see our guide for tips.
